According to The Sun, the world’s most costliest home is set to sell for 117 million British pounds. As of today’s currency exchange rates, that is 230,894,257.71 USD

Laksmi Mitall, the steel tycoon, is reportedly buying the home for his son. The home is being sold furnished along with artwork.

The home is in Kensington Palace Gardens, West London. AKA, Billionaires Row & on Princess Diana’s former street. Part of Kensington Palace, the Crown Estate has renovated many of the homes & sold many of the homes to undisclosed buyers on long leases.
