I had the pleasure of viewing this home before the offer was made & I was in heaven. Taking a short-cut through the Bel-Air Bay Club & up the hill to Hees House. I fell in love right away.
The exterior’s clean lines & smart landscape would have jumped out at any lover of MCM (short for Mid-Century Modern) Walking up to the home I saw peek-a-boo views inside. All I saw was walls of glass with views of the ocean.
Being situated above PCH & the Bel-Air Bay Club, the view was bird’s eye baby & one of the most inspiring I’ve seen.
